What to expect
In this 60m online class, Skylar will invite you to explore gentle movement, breathing and meditative practices. These practices can support us with finding ways to connect to our body and release stress while developing resilience.
The class is for LGBTQIA+ people of all body types with no prior experience required.
The class is offered for free. Donations are welcome.
